Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical practice that involves inserting thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body. This therapy is based on the concept of balancing the flow of vital energy, or Qi, through the body's meridian pathways to promote health and alleviate various physical and emotional ailments. Acupuncture is often used to manage pain, reduce stress, and address a wide range of conditions, with its effectiveness attributed to stimulating the body's natural healing processes and promoting a sense of well-being.

Fire cupping therapy is a traditional Chinese medicine practice often associated with acupuncture. It involves placing heated glass cups on the skin to create a suction effect, promoting blood flow and relieving muscle tension. The cups are typically left in place for a few minutes, and the technique is believed to stimulate the flow of vital energy (Qi) within the body.
