15 MINUTES + 60 MINUTES MASSAGE
For new patients and patients who haven't visited in over a year.
Your first meet & greet with your RMT. Your RMT will review your intake forms, and answer any questions you or your RMT may have prior to your treatment.

REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage therapy uses touch to manipulate the soft-tissues of the body. With touch, massage therapy relieves pain, helps rehabilitate injuries, improves circulation, relieves stress, increases relaxation, and aids in the general wellness of clients
*Please note if you book a treatment before booking an Initial Assessment, your appointment will automatically be switched to an Initial Assessment - this applies to new patients and patients who haven't visited within one year*
